- Service bookings are confirmed only after mutual agreement on charges, dates, and scope of work.

- Customers must provide accurate information regarding goods, addresses, and contact details.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices may vary depending on distance, volume, type of goods, and services requested.
- Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Advance payment may be required.
- Any additional services requested during or after shifting will be charged separately.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Declare all items correctly, including fragile or high-value items.
- Not include prohibited or illegal items such as explosives, flammable goods, drugs, or hazardous materials.
- Ensure proper access to pickup and delivery locations.
- Arrange necessary permissions (society, parking, entry passes, etc.).
6. Packing & Handling
- While we take utmost care in packing and handling goods, minor scratches or wear due to transit conditions are not considered damage.
- Items packed by the customer are transported at the customer’s own risk unless inspected and repacked by our team.
7. Insurance
- Insurance coverage is optional unless specifically agreed upon.
- If insurance is taken, claims will be subject to the insurance provider’s terms and conditions.
- The Company is not responsible for delays or claim rejections by the insurer.
8. Delivery & Delays
- Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
- Delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
- The Company shall not be liable for losses caused by such delays.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of service preparation.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after deduction of applicable charges.
- No refund will be provided once the shifting process has started.
10. Liability Limitations
- Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
- We are not liable for:
- Cash, jewelry, documents, or valuables unless declared and insured
- Damage due to improper packing by the customer
- Natural calamities, accidents, or force majeure events
